Service Description

Whether you have a pole at home or want to train in private studio, you can book us to pole and play. No prerequisites necessary. All strengthening test will take place during consult. Based on your strength test, your trainer will have list of tricks, techniques and conditioning based on your pole level. To save 10minutes on your training, feel free to pre stretch prior to your instructor arriving (if opting in to have instructor travel to you). *If you have tricks you'd like to work on, please have screenshot or video on standby to limit search time to find image. **All clients must sign a liability waiver form prior to training. All payments must be paid in FULL 12 hours prior to arrival.
