#PrettyGirlsPole returns to the city of Angels for our most popular workshop!!! Here’s the chance to learn dynamic spins, elegant spin transitions that incorporate strength, flexibility and control plus the sexiest transitions to perfect the art of pole flow for doubles stunts!! That's right! Bring a bestie to learn pole tricks together on one pole. 

Yes, there are single tickets to learn but if you pole with a BFF you save $10 per ticket!  Catch Early Birds, before they end July 5th! If you have a pole at home, pole with us virtually for an even bigger discount!

Students will learn various low/high lift climbs, tricks that involve spin & static pole, head/handstands, invert combos. If the collective class is at similar level there will be room to learn handsprings, mounts, intermediate/advanced pole tricks,etc.

This workshop is for stage entertainers, intermediates, pretty girls currently practicing at home and/or beginners who have taken 1-3 pole classes/equivalant to Level 2+ and/or have been introduced to climbing/inverting/headstands or gymnist background. 

*If you are new to pole and can do a 60second pull up or plank without struggling (having to pause or stop), you will be fine.  

*** There will be a videographer on site, so be prepared to slay while serving a look!
