Climbs, Combos & Trix | 4 Week Intermediate Series

This class is for those ready to upgrade to their pole tricks, challenge themselves as pole dancers to !

Learn how to transition up the pole with pretty transitions, unlocking new grips, Reiko, Jade and other split variations, death drops, flying Peter Pan and dynamic power hold for spinning or static! During class students hold the option to learn duo pole tricks and learn 2 or 3 point contact pole moves that show strength, agility, flare & athleticism. 

What is a series?

A series is a class line up over a series of weeks/days that allows students to work with a teacher ongoing for growth, feedback. So if you need consistency &  accountability this class is for you.

Student will learn & receive: 

• a chance to train 2 days a week on Saturday  (1-2pm) & Sunday from 11:30a-12:30pm 
• a FREE entry to Open Pole to pole play, practice and perfect your pole moves weekly on Sundays (NO INSTRUCTOR on duty) 4-5pm
• 2 and 3 point contact while on the pole to create combos 
• strengthening techniques to make your shoulder mounts, ariel inverts cleaner & combos cleaner
• add over 40+ moves to your pole dictionary
• certificate of completion to advance to Level 2 series plus $10 off the next series, starting September 24th
• an opportunity to perform in the May showcase at  (May 27; 6-9pm)

Prerequisite: Body Positive Mentality and an "I CAN" attitude.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
