BASIC/BEGINNER POLE DEMO

This is a FREE class for 8 in person patrons who would like an intro to pole! If you're a pole virgin you'll love that this demo will cater to students who have never taken a pole class or those who have only taken a few classes and need to get back in the swing of things.

You will train with our Master Instructor, Positive Ashley will teach basic how to’s of sensual movement, body strengthening, pole transitions & low flow spins plus beginner signature tricks. It's time for you to feel invincible in a safe body positive, non judgement zone as pretty girls learn together & get the most out of class.

Prerequisite: This class is for those who have never taken a pole class or have tried a few pole classes, know a few twirls but still want to master climbing or inverts.
